A spa experience exceeded expectations

The welcoming staff made us feel at home, and we were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious spa amenities. Exploring the beautiful mountain views while relaxing was simply delightful.

Though my room was lovely, I wished for a bit more storage space for my belongings during the stay. It would have made the experience even more comfortable.

Unfortunately, the staff attentiveness was sorely lacking, resulting in frustrating delays during both check-in and dining experiences. the internet connection was disappointingly unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. The lack of diet-specific meal options further exacerbated the situation, as I had high hopes for better accommodation of my dietary preferences.

The hotel exudes charm with its warm ambiance and stunning décor, creating a lovely atmosphere. While the cleaning staff's attention to detail was impressive, the room’s temperature control left something to be desired. the friendly staff and gourmet meals made for a memorable stay.

The food was just out of this world I mean this is my third time in this place and the meals have always been top-notch, but this time, wow, just wow. Every night, we were amazed by dishes we had never seen before and each one was better than the last, even got to enjoy some Tyrolean evening specialties.

Yeah it wasn’t the cheapest option but honestly, worth every cent.

The home-made bread at breakfast was a delightful highlight, showcasing the chef's skill. While the room offered stunning mountain views and good comfort, the service experience left much to be desired. Despite efforts to connect, some staff members provided less than welcoming interactions, creating an awkward atmosphere. The lack of attentiveness during meals, particularly with drink refills, frustrated our dining experience, which unfortunately overshadowed the otherwise impressive food.

High standards All Inclusive

The food was fantastic and the wine was always flowing, even had a great evening with the owners, it was quite special. The staff tried their best to be friendly, especially Andre and Katrin, made us just feel slightly special.

It wasn’t cheap for what we expected! but it still had some decent aspects.

this was our second visit to seefeld in tirol, and the bergland exceeded all our expectations during our honeymoon. the food was outstanding, with a variety of fresh dishes every day that truly delighted us. staff members like roman and roland made our stay even more enjoyable with their exceptional service.

The après-ski ambiance by the roaring fire made our evenings magical, while the homemade cakes each afternoon were a delightful treat. A must-try is the themed Tyrolean night for an authentic taste! Perfect for relaxation after snow sports.
